process, from the forest to you, we can custom cut different sizes at our mill to achieve those
important artistic proportions. These custom sizes could not normally be purchased at retail stores.
Each of our products requires many different manufacturing processes. Every one of the manufacturing
steps is important - from logging to shipping, however the shop work is the most important, for it
is here that long lasting value is created. Skilled craftsman hand select the lumber and logs for
each product. Machinists produce mortise and tennon joints which provide time tested support and
stability, while dedicated carpenters utilize our exclusive undercleating system to produce table
tops that will stand up to nature's extremes. The finishers sand all the lumber and logs to a smooth,
even texture that will be a delight to touch. Finally, the products are assembled by skilled craftsman
who pay attention to detail. From the galvanized and stainless steel fasteners and marine glues, to
the hand sanding and finishing, no details are overlooked in providing you with well proportioned
